Returns & Exchanges

At Sweet Hat Company, we want you to love your headwear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned hats must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Hat

  Place the hat back in its original shipping box to ensure it maintains its shape and structure during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the item.
